You can choose any product you wish from the list of products we recommend on our website, or create your own composition.

• Shipments to the following areas are carried out on the same day or any other date you wish, by our company’s staff and with our own transport means.

• Our store operates from
  Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 22.30, and the
  Sundays from 09.00 to 22.00.

• Your order, for your convenience, should be placed at least 3 hours earlier than the desired delivery time, and no later than 19.00 hrs, in order to have enough time to create and prepare the shipment of the product you have chosen. Otherwise call us.

• For your best service and priority, please set your order 1 day earlier than the desired delivery date.

• The shipping costs vary depending on the region you wish to ship your order to, and are indicated on the order form when you are asked to select the shipping region.

• Always preceded by telephone contact with the recipient, both for immediate service and to avoid any problems.

• In case we encounter a problem with the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately in order to inform you and resolve the issue immediately.

• If one of the products is not available, then it is replaced with another of similar value and aesthetics, after we inform the customer immediately giving the option of replacement if he agrees.
