Any digital material available for download on our website is the intellectual property of Frentzos Flowers. Use of the digital files is limited to informational and non-commercial purposes only or for personal use only and you agree that they will not be copied or placed on other computers or distributed by any other means. You are not allowed to tamper with the files in any way. Any other use is strictly prohibited by law and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Offenders will be prosecuted. These files are not suitable for any purpose and are provided without any warranty of any kind. Our company is not responsible or liable for any damage and moral damage resulting from the inability to provide support services.

It is also prohibited to use, by means of a banner, ribbons and any other objects bearing our name on flowers, plants and any other product that does not come from our shop. If the product you have received is not of the quality for which we are known, please question its origin and call us at 2106011925.   

www.frentzosflowers.gr is obliged and tries to be as accurate as possible regarding the characteristics of the products (shape, color, etc.) that appear in our Online Shop. There may, however, be differences and slight discrepancies in the image of the products.  The prices listed on the products throughout the website as well as the transport / shipping costs and generally all prices throughout the site and the final amount to be paid by the customer, include the respective VAT.  www.frentzosflowers.gr having 33 years of experience in the field of flowers and as one of the oldest florists in Athena and more specifically in Agia Paraskevi, specializes in  flower deliveries in Attica and all over the world. We advise you to contact our staff first, for any issue such as purchase, order and payment, for your best service and the most accurate image, form and representation of your order. In the event of a claim by the customer about a defective product during the purchase of the order/product only, the incident is verified and established by an on-site investigation by an employee of the store where the customer is present, that our staff or our products are clearly responsible for the incident and the damage, and if this is the case, then and only then is it replaced during the transaction of the order/purchase only.

 In any other case and later day and time, such as, for example, if the customer is removed from the store and returns with a defective product or if an order is delivered and after the employee leaves the delivery area of the product, the recipient/customer  claims a defective product,  no product replacement will be made. The above also applies to flowers/plants as, naturally, they have a specific lifespan, especially those that are not in a pot. With proper care on the part of the customer, some last for several years. 

We offer high quality products and our aim is to provide you with the best possible service and we will do everything possible to achieve this and please you. During major and well-known worldwide holidays, due to workload, the delivery of the order may not take place at the specific time requested by the customer/shipper, but we will do our best to serve you.

You are free to use www.frentzosflowers.gr in accordance with the law and morals. You are solely responsible for the contents of the transactions. Frentzos Flowers does not exercise any kind of change or interference with the data you enter or are verbally told by our staff. Please fill in correctly the fields name, address, phone number, message in the online contact forms and by phone for your better service. You also agree not to transmit through the site, content that is against the law. Your use of www.frentzosflowers.gr is subject to Greek and International laws and you agree not to use our site to violate these laws. 

In addition, you agree that: a) you will not violate or harm any other user of our services b) you will not interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to our site and will comply with all rules, laws and procedures of those networks c) you will not tamper with the code of our website d) you will comply with the Greek Law regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Greece.

In order to better serve our online customers, offer discount coupons and generally solve various problems when using the site, the e-mail of the sender is recorded at the moment he/she enters it in the corresponding field when completing the order. The purpose of this is that in the event that the customer fails to complete the order for any reason or problem, we will be able to contact them to help them complete the order and resolve the problem. For example, if during the submission of the order, after the customer has already entered his e-mail, there is a power outage in his area or even at home, or his computer or his mobile phone gets stuck, he can retrieve his basket and his order through the e-mail that will be sent to him and finally proceed with the order. 

If a customer adds a product to his/her cart and does not complete the purchase after 15 minutes of inactivity, i.e. if he/she leaves the site or leaves the page open and walks away from his/her computer, the order is considered abandoned and the cart is also abandoned. If the customer had entered his e-mail, we will send him an automatic e-mail after an hour, after the cart was marked as abandoned, in which he can go directly to the cart he had abandoned and proceed to order the product. We give the customer the opportunity to indicate that he does not want to receive such messages again, but we do not send any other e-mails, except for the one to retrieve the order after one hour. These data are deleted after 7 days. However, if the order is completed properly, the above recording system does not operate, but only the order details are kept for communication with the customer to confirm the delivery of the order and for statistical purposes. The data is not used for any purpose. 

Our goal is always to serve you better. We will never bother you. We believe in us and we know that you will choose us on your own. Trust us and feel secure in any transaction with us. We intend to stay in business for many years to come and we will only succeed if you prefer us and are happy with us.    

You also agree that our company and its staff are not liable for anything arising from third parties using its site. Any use contrary to the above, apart from any or civil penalties, will result in the termination of the services provided without any notice. NO CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE STORED IN ANY WAY. The data entered by the customer are: Sender’s name, sender’s phone number, sender’s email, recipient’s name, recipient’s phone number, recipient’s address, card message and order comments. The store will never use this information without the customer’s consent.The identity of the sender is never revealed unless the customer requests it. Simply deliver the card attached to the product. We never open or read the card and its contents. Generally, personal information is not disclosed to third parties and any information is destroyed after it is used to process the order. In case the customer requests a service, that is to send along with our product and a personal item of his own, then and only then is this item checked by our staff in the presence of the customer.

  • To place an order in the province or abroad, you need to contact us at our store phone numbers or by e-mail, or visit our store, as a different procedure is followed through a network of partners or a transport company.
  • It is possible to send to the province, all the products on our website except fresh flowers and plants, after consultation with the customer and with a courier company.
  • The products of your order, when it comes to ordering fresh flowers and plants in the province or abroad, are not created and shipped from our own store, but from a store in the region you have chosen, through partner flower delivery companies.

Our store will check via e-banking the deposit of the amount and will immediately execute your order. You must include your full name as a reason to confirm your order.

In case of transfer of the amount by wire transfer, from a foreign bank or from a different domestic bank, in the Expense Indication, select the OUR option, with which you will cover the costs of the transfer, so that the recipient receives the product corresponding to the entire amount.  Otherwise, the recipient will receive a product corresponding to the amount received. For example, if the value of the product is €50, but we choose to charge the cost of transferring the money from bank to bank, which could be e.g. €4, the recipient will receive a product worth €46 (50 -4).

Issue of invoice

If you place an order through our website, please indicate that you wish to receive an invoice in the order form by clicking on the “I wish to receive an invoice” box. We will then contact you to confirm the details of the invoice.

  • Delivery time

    • Shipments to Attica are carried out the same day or any other date you wish, by our company’s staff and with our own transport means.
    • On the days of major and well-known holidays, especially Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Mother’s Day, Constantine and Helen, May Day, etc., due to increased workload, we do not accommodate requests for specific delivery times, and priority is given. 
    • To place an order in the province or abroad, you need to contact us on our store phone numbers, or visit our store, as a completely different procedure is followed.
    • The opening hours are daily from 10:30 to 20:00. We can also serve deliveries beyond the indicated hours, however, a prior telephone contact with the store is necessary. Your order must be placed no later than 19.00 o’clock, in order to allow sufficient time for the creation and preparation of the shipment of the product you have chosen. Orders are shipped within 3 hours from the time we receive your order.
    • For your convenience and priority, please place your order 1 day earlier than the desired delivery date, and during major holidays 2-3 days earlier.
    • Always preceded by telephone contact with the recipient, both for immediate service and to avoid any problems.
    • We will not attempt to deliver the order if we do not first contact the recipient so that he/she can wait for us to successfully deliver the order. If it is not possible to contact the recipient and it is uncertain where they are, the order will not be processed. Only in special cases and after consultation with the store can this happen.  If the customer has already paid, no money will be refunded in the above case.

    The identity of the sender is never revealed unless the customer requests it. Simply deliver the card attached to the product. We never open or read the card and its contents. Generally, personal information is not disclosed to third parties and any information is destroyed after it is used to process the order. 

  • In case the customer requests a service, that is to send along with our product and a personal item of his own, then and only then is this item checked by our staff in the presence of the customer.  If it is not possible to contact the recipient and it is uncertain where they are, the order will not be processed. Only in special cases and after consultation with the store can this happen. If the customer has already paid, no money will be refunded in the above case. The order will be delivered whenever the recipient is located.
  • Orders are fulfilled daily from 10:30 in the morning until 20:00 in the evening. In special cases where you wish a specific delivery time beyond the above mentioned, you should first contact the store.
  • Orders placed after 22.30 at night when our opening hours end, will be read the next day. 
  • We try to respond to the maximum in terms of the characteristics of the products you find on our website. The flower arrangements and bouquets are made by our florists and there may be slight variations due to the different techniques of each of our florists. Some flowers are seasonal, some items may not be available at a given time (flowers, colours, cachets, wraps), therefore they are replaced with items of equal value and aesthetics, and you will be notified of any such changes. Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. All our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT. During periods of major holidays, prices may change and the new prices will apply to the delivery date of your order.

Mission in Attica

You can choose any product you wish from the list of products we recommend on our website, or create your own composition. The areas, the shipping costs, the minimum amounts (without the calculation of shipping costs) order and the amounts (without the calculation of shipping costs), above which the order is sent free of charge to each region and to which regions the products of our website are sent are as follows:

  • Missions in the above areas shall be carried out on same day, within 3 hours from the time of receipt of the order, between the hours of 10:30 in the morning and 20:00 in the evening with exceptions after prior telephone contact with the store, or any other date you wish, by the staff of our company and with our own transport means.

  • During major and well-known worldwide holidays, due to workload, the delivery of the order is not carried out at a specific time requested by the customer / shipper. We deliver on a first come, first served basis.
  • For your own convenience and priority, please set your order 1 day earlier than the desired delivery date.
  • The shipping costs vary depending on the region you wish to ship your order to, and are indicated on the order form when you are asked to select the shipping region.
  • Always preceded by telephone contact with the recipient, both for immediate service and to avoid any problems.
  • In case we encounter a problem with the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately in order to inform you and resolve the issue immediately.
  • If one of the products is not available, then it is replaced with another of similar value and aesthetics, after we inform the customer immediately giving the option of replacement if he agrees.
